| Key Responsibilities |
- Visiting prospective Retailers / Agents and on-boarding them after due analysis and verification
- Acquisition and development of Retailers / Agents
- Collecting feedback from Retailers / Agents and sharing with HO team for improvement of product and services.
- Helping Retailers / Agents by resolving their queries and increasing their business volume
- Training Retailers / Agents regarding the existing (AePS, DMT, MATM, Travel, Recharge, BBPS etc.) as well as new products
- Ensure that existing Retailers / Agents are actively using our platform and encourage them to use our portals
- Meeting given targets
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
