- Open official Income Tax website.

- Open the menu and access the ‘My Profile’ page.

- Visit the official NSDL e-Gov website, also called Protean.
- Access the ‘Downloads’ section on the website from the drop down menu
- Download the form ‘Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN’
- Take a print out of the form and fill in the required details with a black pen.
- Assemble the copy of supporting documents such as latest passport-size photos, identity proof and address proof. Attach them with the application form.
- Locate the PAN card centre near you. Submit the request form along with the documents at the PAN center and pay the requisite fees.
